I’m really happy with my new shutters from Diamond Shutters. The professionalism from start to finish was excellent - they kept me well informed at every stage so I always knew what was happening.The workmanship is top quality. The finishing is spot on and my shutters look beautiful. They’ve made a huge difference to the house and really lifted the whole look of the rooms. The only downside was the wait time was a bit longer than expected. But the team communicated well throughout, and once they were installed I could see why - the attention to detail in the finishing is outstanding.
We recently had shutter blinds fitted by Diamond Shutters and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Kevin came out to measure up and was brilliant from the moment he arrived. He gave us great advice on the best style to go for, and his knowledge was second to none — you can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about getting it right for you. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to be local enough to visit the showroom. Within the first minute, we were made to feel very welcomed. Every style and option was explained in detail and we booked the home measure visit there and then. All aspects of our journey was painless, including the installation, which was done very quickly and professionally. We love our shutters! Made to measure shutters fitted in two bay windows and a picture window. Great quality and very reasonable price for real wood. Everyone we dealt with - man in showroom; man who gave quote; lady on the phones; and the fitters were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Diamond shutters have recently been back to our house to adjust shutters slightly after works completed. Helpful, punctual and did the job properly Thank you 😊 Seriously good company and product. I would highly recommend. We had Diamond Shutters installed front & back circa 10 years ago when we first moved into our home. I called them yesterday (03.05.22) to ask if they'd come back and re-fix one of them; this was after constant vibration from the road outside, which had shook some of the fixings loose. Today, James turned up (04.05.22), took his shoes off without being asked and did the required work. If only I could find the equivalent to Diamond shutters for other trades!! After a bad experience in the past with another company, I decided to go with Diamond Windows shutters Kent, the owner and the rest of the team they look after me and they deliver my beautiful shutters a month before the deadline! Second time I have used Diamond shutters. We moved to the new house and it was no question who we would be using to do our shutters. We had shutters installed in all the front windows upstairs and downstairs. Called and made an immediate appointment and came out quickly, quote was done there and then. Shutters came back earlier than the 12 weeks and were fitted quickly. The fitting team were timely, professional, clean and tidy. The ladies in the office are lovely too. Always friendly to talk to and happy to help. Faultless service from start to finish.

One of the main things we chose Diamond Shutters was the competitive price, however the service was also very good. It was quick and easy to arrange a quote and was talked through the different material options, colour and mechanisms available. The wait for the shutters to be made was slightly long (8-12weeks), but once they arrived, installation was arranged very quickly. Installation itself was also super fast and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Shout out to the 2 installers as well - super polite and even took their shoes off upon entering. 100% would recommend.

Wow, we are absolutely blown away by the quality of our new blinds. I don't know how we existed so long without them. They look great, fit perfectly, and keep our room warmer, So easy to use and adjust too, allow us to sleep in longer with no light seeping round the edges of ill fitting roller blinds. What's not to love. Everything went to plan, from ordering, measuring, to fitting. Fitters very clean workers and efficient. We were also very happy at the cost. Thank you Diamond shutters.
Knew of Diamond Shutters given they are local. Had friends and family use Diamond Shutters, with high recommendations. Very impressed with Diamond Shutters and is competitively priced. Professional from start to finish. Took circa 10 weeks for the shutters to arrive (large window and large bay window), date in the diary was very efficient. James and Daniel turned up just before 8am, as agreed, and fitted them in in under two hrs. Very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Diamond shutters were recommended to me by various neighbours who had used them before and said they would always use them for more shutters ! So I thought I’d get a quote. The survey and measurements were perfectly correct, a very competitive price ( lower than I anticipated) and that lead to fitting. That went extremely well, the fitter was very particular about every aspect of the job. Shutters arrived very well packed. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional team, very satisfied and would also recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone .
I am so pleased I contacted Diamond regarding shutters in my home. I got a couple of quotes from other companies but everything about Diamond stood out. I didn't feel like someone was in my home giving a sales pitch and Kevin listened to all my questions ( believe me I had loads ) and at no time did I feel that I was being a nuisance. The office staff are lovely too and were very patient with me ,with emails back and forth. I had my shutters fitted today and I am in love! They look amazing! Over the years I've had Diamond Shutters install shutters in my house. Their shutters are beautiful, service is impeccable, really helpful business to deal with. Dealing with Diamond Shutters was very smooth from start to finish. On installation the installer noticed a tiny chip in one of the shutters and straight away promised to replace it, which they did and didn’t request final payment until it was done. The shutters look great too

Over the last few years we have used Diamond Shutters to do not only our house but also my mothers home. Prior to installing our first shutters, we spoke to a few installers, ranging from sole traders to some nation wide companies. Nationwide installers really only cared about the sale, sadly the sole traders we spoke to never really followed up after the visit, as we didn't have straight forward requirements, and could clearly see we are demanding customers looking for 1st class customer service and quality workmanship. The two fitters contacted me to let me know when they would arrive on the fitting day and they were finished within 3 hours.
